What is the meaning of the korean word "gamsahaeyo"? The korean word "gamsahaeyo" which is written in hangul as "감사해요" is simply a way of saying "thank you" in a polite manner. It is considered less formal as compared to "gamsahamnida" and "gomapseumnida". At the same time, it is considered more polite as compared to "gomawo".
