LEARN WORD NO. 58: ULDA

IN HANGUL: 울다

What is the meaning of the korean word "ulda"? The korean word "ulda" which is written in hangul as "울다" is a korean verb which means "to cry". One basic sample use of this word is the word "uljima (지마)" which is actually formed by adding "ulda (울다)" and "hajima (하지마)". The korean term "hajima" means "don't do", and "ulda" means "to cry". The combination of these two would result to "uljima" which then means "don't cry".
